Participation on individual days 11.07 - 19.08.22 (54 € / person)

Participation in individual days of our holiday camps is of course also possiblewithout accommodationpossible. Please indicate the desired day or several desired days in the following registration. We will then contact you as to whether this is possible.

Start (Mon-Fri):8:30 a.m. - Children can be brought from 7:30 a.m

End (Mon-Thu):4:00 p.m. - Children can be picked up until 5:00 p.m

End (Fri):2:00 p.m. - Children can be picked up until 3:00 p.m

Lunch break:There is a hot lunch at around 12:00 p.m. in the Luise-Wehrenfenning house (optional for an additional charge of 9€)

Suitable for:Children and young people between the ages of 8 and 15. The holiday camp is only suitable to a limited extent for people with restricted mobility. Please make individual inquiries here.

Total price:54 euros per person, per day. Optionally, lunch can be booked for 9 euros. Prices incl. VAT

ADVENTURE PROGRAM:

During our holiday camps, a different outdoor experience is on the agenda every day:

• Survival course
• climbing experience
• team activities
• water adventure
• Pure action

Variety, adventure and fun are the focus of every activity, making every day a unique experience. The activity scheduled for each day may vary. If the children want to take part in specific activities, please inquire in advance by phone or email!

Before each activity, the children and young people receive precise training/instructions from the respective trainer - these instructions must be observed precisely for your own safety.

Weather:We can organize everything well, but we can't do anything about the weather either. If the planned program cannot be carried out due to weather-related circumstances (water level, etc.), we offer an alternative program.

Transfer:For some activities we have to drive by car. We carry out these transfers with our company cars. We may also work with the local taxi company. The transfers are already included in the price.

Behavior of the children / adolescents, exclusion from the course:Should a participant seriously disrupt the course of the holiday camp, the guides are entitled to exclude the participant. If a participant is sent home for disciplinary reasons, the booked period must be paid for.

PAYMENT METHODS:

The total amount must be paid no later than 21 days before the start of the camp. If you book later than 21 days before the start of the camp, the amount must be paid within 1 working day.

CANCELLATION:

Up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge

From 29 days to 14 days before arrival, 30% of the booking amount will be charged.

From 13 days to 1 day before arrival, 80% of the booking amount will be charged.

The full amount of the booking must be paid on the day of arrival.

A cancellation due to Covid-19 is possible free of charge up to the day of arrival. This is the case if a lockdown occurs or the  participant falls ill with Covid-19 or has to go into quarantine. Here we need an official confirmation.

Minimum number of participants:In order for us to be able to hold the holiday camp, at least seven participants per week must register. We reserve the right to cancel the holiday camp due to a low number of participants.

The place of jurisdiction for all parts of this contract is the competent court district of Outback Adventure GmbH in Austria.
